Learning Lab Scandinavia administrates research projects concerning Professional Discourse, Proficiency and Action Competence in the Late Modernity.

Basic Research

The pivotal point in our Basic Research Projects concerns questions about the dialectics between Professional Threshold Concepts and Threshold Conceptualization.

Applied Research
In our Applied Research Projects we study The Discursive Learning Lab as a method for Development and Mediation of Professional Action Competence.

Development Projects

In our Development Projects, we implement and support The Discursive Learning Lab as a Tool for Improvement of Professional Action Competence in Private and Public Organizations.

Learning Lab Scandinavia Network

Learning Lab Scandinavia consists of an interdisciplinary network of professionals with a PhD grade. Our participants have experience and expertise from different science disciplines and research fields.

Learning Lab Scandinavia has no full-time employees but all members’ participation is limited to specific project assignments. Together we embrace expertise knowledge and experience from a lot of different professional areas as management, education, innovation, art, advertising and care.

The Service of Learning Lab Scandinavia
In our Development Projects, we cooperate with Commercial and Public Organizations in the establishment of Learning Labs for professional development. We also supervise already established Learning Labs and give lectures in different aspects of mediation and development of Professional Knowledge.

The profit from Learning Lab Scandinavia Development Projects is used to improve the research and understanding of Professional Action Competence in the Late Modernity.
